The Malaysian Government has identified 7 sites across Malaysia for Development of Government and affordable housing under PPA1M scheme. Six of the sites contain a mixture of single story and two-story semi-D units as designed by 3G-Amman. The seventh site contains a large apartment complex containing over 1500 units. The total amount of homes being built (in conjunction with the client 1RMM) is upwards of 1300 for civil servant accommodation.
