3G-Contects is a Multi-National Consultant in Architecture, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project & Construction Management, Facilities Management, and Design-Build Services.
Job Title: Marketing Coordinator and Assistant to the Chairman/CEO
Direct Report: 3G-Contects Chairman/CEO
Coordinates: 3G Managing Directors of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, USA, Jordan, and KSA
Interaction: 3G-Contects entire team
Minimum Requirements:
- Highly ethical, trustworthy, professional, and loyal individual (Male or Female);
- Bilingual (English and Arabic), fluent in both;
- High-Level Expertise in the use of MS Office and other computer applications including:
- Word;
- Excel;
- PowerPoint;
- Access; and
- On-line Search and research.
- Ability to prepare and conduct presentations to clients, prospects, and inter-company team;
- Ability to prepare management, technical, experience, past performance, and price proposals from existing 3G-Contects data base and in coordination with 3G management in applicable locations;
- Ability to maintain and follow-up on the CEO schedule, appointments, tasks, and actions lists as well as attend to the CEO job related requirements and instructions;
- Pleasant and presentable team player with the ability to interact with inter-company teams, and other 3G-Contects regional and US operations;
- Strong oral and written communications skills;
- A valid UAE drivers’ license with clean record;
- Experience with engineering and/or construction firms is a plus;
- Knowledge of the UAE government and private sector is a plus;
- Years of experience don’t matter;
- Career oriented and ambitious with growth potential;
- Ability to travel to 3G-Contects locations if and when needed; and
- Easily trainable and able to follow instructions.
Compensation is commensurate upon qualifications, character, personality, and capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English and Arabic), fluent in both.
