3G is providing the architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering design services, as well as project management and construction supervision services. 3G prepared specifications, project manual, tender documents, BOQ and final contract documents. Upon commencement of construction 3G will provide project management and construction supervision.
The design is fast track and should be completed in 5 months from NTP. Theconstruction duration is also fast-track and will be completed within 13 monthsas per contract schedule.
