Our FM consultancy services include:
- Client's Building and Engineering surveys. The survey will be documented in a manner that will assist our Client in contracting and defining the scope of different facility management contractor/s;
- Conduct GAP analyses of the existing in-house and/or outsourced FM organization and propose/recommend any necessary changes;
- Develop a lifecycle budget for the facilities maintenance and operations services;
- Monitor and supervise the performance of the FMcontractor/s;
- Provide value services by supporting clients with accurate and realistic advice related to the best planning and procurements of FM firms;
- Propose master procurement strategy for the client which ensures value for the money; and
- Supervise the Transition from construction to handover periods, then to FM.
